Bus

Leaving early Friday, Sept 10th & returning Sun, Sept 12th – cost is $115.
If you are taking the bus, please be sure to make your hotel reservations for the nights of Sept 10th and 11th – Checking out on Sept 12th.

Hotels - You may book these hotels even if you aren’t traveling on the bus.

These are the 2 hotels we have chosen to start filling with our group, but there are also others at a reduced rate available at http://www.marchondc.org. All require a two night minimum.

You may still cancel if you need to up to a few days before. The Hilton requires half down to reserve the room, but the Marriott only requires a CC# to hold the room.

Special Note regarding Activities on the 9th and 10th

If you are interested in attending the Liberty XPO, Education workshops, dinners, etc… that will be held on Sept 9th and 10th – please send me an e-mail at goldenislesteaparty@gmail.com Simply make your reservation at the hotel you wish for the 9th – 12th, and I can get that reservation extended to include the 8th at the special rate as well.

If we have enough people going up early, we may be able to get a bus, but please do not count on this as it is very much a “maybe.”
